Cable Series – Premium High Flexing Control Cable

Lutze A139 cable series is the latest innovation in continuous flexing cable solutions. This cable raises the performance level of PVC jacketed flexing cables to a new level with Lutze High Glide Insulation (HGI) which is based on TPE. This insulation is specifically designed for continuous flexing applications and offers outstanding mechanical and electrical characteristics. HGI insulation reduces the friction between conductors during flex cycles and protects the conductors of mechanical stress and deformation. As a result the expected flex life is dramatically increased compared to cables with traditional PVC insulation.
